Team and individual photography with organised scheduling, private online galleries and family ordering.
Photo Day vs Media Day
A different job to Media Day — and that's the point.
Media Day is a club branding and content product: portraits, team shots and graphics your club uses all season. Photo Day is built for players, parents and families — individual and team photographs, ordered as keepsakes through a private online gallery. Some clubs run one. Many run both, back to back, on the same visit.

Questions
Photo Day FAQ
What is the difference between Media Day and Photo Day?
Media Day is primarily a club branding and content product — it produces the assets your club uses all season across its website, socials and sponsor content. Photo Day is aimed at players and families: individual and team photographs, ordered directly by families as keepsakes. Some clubs run one, some run both together.
How does family ordering work?
Each family gets access to a private online gallery for their child and team after the shoot. Families choose and order the products they want directly — the club doesn't need to collect payment or manage paper order forms.
Does the club need to handle payments or forms?
No. Ordering happens directly between families and Click Sports Media through the online gallery, so your committee isn't collecting cash, chasing envelopes or reconciling order forms.
Can Photo Day and Media Day run on the same day?
Often, yes — many clubs combine both to make the most of one visit. We'll help you plan a schedule that covers family/individual photography and the club's own content needs in the one session.
