Schools & Colleges

One school.
One sports media partner.
The whole year.

Professional athlete portraits, team photos and sports content designed for schools — built for the website, yearbook, social media and presentation night.

The idea

School sport should look like sport.

Most school sports photography still means one photographer, one afternoon, one lineup per team — filed away until presentation night. A School Sports Media Day treats your school's sporting program the way we treat a club's: one organised shoot that produces a library of professional content your school can use everywhere it shows up, all year.

Across a school year that can mean AFL, basketball, netball, soccer, cricket, rugby, athletics, swimming, cross country and house sport — captains, leadership groups, representative teams, finals and awards, all covered with the same professional standard.

How it works

Built around your sport coordinator, not against your timetable

We work directly with your school's sport coordinator to plan a running order across squads and sports, scheduled to disrupt classes as little as possible. On the day, students move through an organised photography workflow — the same structured process we use for club Media Days. Once edited, images are organised and delivered as a private gallery your school can draw on for the yearbook, website and social media, while individual student and team photos can be made available to families to view and order directly, the same way our Club Photo Days work.

Questions

School Sports FAQ

Do you cover multiple sports and teams in one visit?

Yes — most school bookings cover several sports and squads across a single day or a short block of days, built around your timetable. We plan the running order with your sport coordinator before we arrive so it doesn't disrupt classes any more than necessary.

Can the same images be used for the yearbook, the website and social media?

Yes — that's the point of a School Sports Media Day. One shoot produces a library of imagery licensed for your school's own use across yearbook, website, social channels and presentation-night material, rather than a separate photographer for each.

Do you have a Working With Children Check?

We understand this is essential for any photographer on school grounds. Ask us for our current Working With Children Check and public liability documentation when you enquire — we're happy to provide it as part of booking, and we don't publish certification claims here that we can't back up with paperwork on request.

How is a School Sports Media Day different from traditional school sports photos?

Traditional school sports photography usually means one static team lineup per squad. A Media Day is built the same way our club Media Days are — individual portraits, creative poses, captains and leadership groups, and content-ready assets — so your school's sport looks as professional as the athletes competing in it.

How do families see and order photos?

The same way our Club Photo Days work: families get access to a private online gallery for their child and team, and order directly — the school isn't collecting cash or managing paper order forms.
