Media Days
One day. A season of club content.
Professional player portraits, team imagery and season-long club media assets — from one organised shoot.
What is a Media Day
Built for the club, not a studio.
A Media Day is a single, organised photography session for your whole club — typically run pre-season. Every player, team and staff member moves through a structured shoot, so instead of a handful of phone photos scattered across the year, your club leaves with a proper library of professional imagery to draw on for the entire season.
It's the difference between a club that looks like it's run on volunteers' phone cameras, and one that looks like it takes its own image as seriously as it takes the game.

Questions
Media Day FAQ
What is a sports club Media Day?
A Media Day is a single, organised photography session run for your whole club — usually pre-season — where every player, team and staff member moves through a structured shoot. Instead of relying on whatever photos happen to get taken through the year, your club leaves with a proper library of professional imagery to use for the whole season.
How long does a Media Day take?
It depends on player numbers and the number of teams involved. A single squad can be photographed in under an hour; a full club with multiple teams typically needs a scheduled block across a morning or day. We build the running order with you in the planning stage so it fits around training or match timetables.
What do we need to set up on the day?
We handle the photography equipment and workflow. From the club we generally need access to the ground or a suitable space, a rough player schedule, and someone on the day who can help move squads through in order. We'll confirm exact setup and location requirements with you before the shoot.
What poses and shots are included?
Individual headshots, creative hero poses, team photographs, coach and staff portraits, captains and position groups, and cutout-ready images are all part of a typical Media Day, scaled to your package. See the packages page for what is included at each level.
What does the club receive, and how quickly?
A digital library of edited, organised images licensed for club website, social media and sponsor use. Turnaround depends on the scope of the shoot — we confirm delivery timing as part of booking.
How much does a Media Day cost?
Media Day packages start from $495 per team. Pricing is indicative and varies with player numbers, number of teams, deliverables, location and production requirements — see our packages page or get in touch for a quote specific to your club.
